And fluff is great, but it shouldn't come at a cost, punishing players for reading it. I can see that its made to take a turn because its realisitc. A tooltip to quickly compare items with the equipped ones (weapons/armor) would be nice Alternatively make it easy to just switch around There is enough space to display both on the same screen. So wondering if you should eat something -> close inventory -> open health - >close health -> open inventory. And I think you cannot just switch either. I found the split between health and inventory a bit tedious, for example if you consider eating something. As WASD is not used for movement (probably because you also want to have directional available) it should be possible to move around the camera with wasd at least I think having no voice, only text and have the player press space after each scene would be preferable I actually welcome having an intro like this, but the voice makes it feel unprofessional and really drags it out. The voice in the intro is terrible and also takes much too long. Very nice sound effects and enemy 'chants'Īlso this detail that you need to reload one ammo per shutgun was kinda cool ^^ Reminds me a lot of Escape from the Pit (the original one, not the new ugly 3D thing)
